How to Communicate Your Innovation Program
Your innovation management system and processes must be regularly promoted to all participants. You can communicate your innovation initiative in four stages. The first stage is the pre-launch phase, the second stage is the planning and activities around the launch of your Innovation portal and planned activities, followed by post-launch communication, and lastly a challenge-driven communication strategy to tweak, improve and iterate on past successes and failures.
