Planbox Work Group Edition
IMPORTANT: This refund policy applies only to Planbox Work Group Edition. Planbox Work Professional and Enterprise editions have their own terms of service agreements. Please contact Planbox sales for more information on other Planbox products and editions.
We want our customers to feel that we are taking care of them the way we would expect to be taken care of, so our refund policy is simple and defined as part of our terms of service.
If you are on a Flexible payment plan (monthly billing): If you were just charged for your next month on Planbox, but you meant to cancel, we’re happy to refund that extra charge. You must write to us in less than 3 days after you are billed. No refund will be issued if you contact us 3 days after the billing date.
If you are on an Annual payment plan (annual billing): If you were just charged for your next year on Planbox with auto-renewal, but you meant to cancel, we’re happy to refund that extra charge. You must write to us in less than 5 days after you are billed. No refund will be issued if you contact us 5 days after the billing date.
Partial credits we’d grant
If you upgraded your account a few months ago to a higher plan, but you didn’t end up using the extra features, projects, or storage space, although you did keep using Planbox in general, we will consider applying a prorated credit (not a refund) applied towards future months. This credit can only look back a few months and any credit will never be based on a period longer than 6 months.
If we had extended downtime (multiple hours in a day, or multiple days in a month) or you emailed customer service concerning a blocking issue and it took more than 3 days to get back to you, we will apply a partial credit to your account based on the severity of the issues.
