Indeed, for those of you who didn’t know, Planbox is Canadian! We’ll be taking an extended weekend off to celebrate things we were thankful for this year, so our offices will be closed on Monday October 8. If you need to speak to us, we’ll be back on Tuesday.
On this note, we’d like to take this occasion to share with you 3 things Planbox has been grateful for this year. Shawn Achor, a Harvard-trained researcher and an expert in happiness and human potential, suggested in his book, The Happiness Advantage, that making a 3-item gratitude list regularly will help lead to more happiness and optimism in the long-term. It’s extremely beneficial for building team spirit. You should give it a try too! (Maybe during your regular iteration review meetings – wink!)

3. Building an incredible team
When you think about it, you can easily spend 40+ hours every week with co-workers. We’re lucky to have built a nice cozy family at Planbox. This year, we even welcomed some new members to join the adventure. Guys and girls, thank you for your hard work! Planbox wouldn’t be what it is without you!

We are also very excited for shiny new beginnings ahead of us. To give you a sneak preview, we’ll be changing our website very very soon, and our headquarters are moving to a bigger office!
